amazing stay with great service!

I loved how attentive and polite the staff was, they were always available (day and night). the location is superb, and it's close to city attractions. i found the amenities well-kept. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were excellent! our room got upgraded with a view and i was thrilled.
I think customization should be improved in f&b. I drink tea and it was chargeable during dinner in the evening buffet (i found it odd). it's a 5-star hotel and a cup of green tea shouldn't be a problem, i hope they make it available!

the hotel benefits from its proximity to major landmarks; this makes sightseeing very convenient. it also has direct access to a pristine beach where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the arabian gulf and clear blue waters.

the breakfast buffet is extensive, i tried a wide variety of cuisines and local specialties. the fresh fruit selection at breakfast and dinner was something i really enjoyed (especially the mangoes!).

i found the service exceptional, every staff member was always smiling and ready to assist. the room service was prompt, the staff addressed all requests quickly. the staff at the pool and restaurant are incredibly friendly.

the hotel decor is modern and clean all areas are well maintained i found the staff helpful and they used my name. the location is across from the emirates palace the view from my room was very nice. the breakfast selection had great variety.
the wifi signal strength was unfortunately quite weak. i had some difficulty maintaining a stable connection for my devices.

I received an early check-in and a late check-out after my long flight. The reservation manager upgraded two rooms to a junior suite and beautiful suite. The room offered a lovely view. The staff was friendly.
The pool was overcrowded. A large tent blocked the view.

the superior twin room was clean. it featured two comfortable beds. the air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a cool temperature. i experienced no issues with noise during my 3-night stay.
