amazing stay with great service!
attentive staff superb location comfortable bed
I loved how attentive and polite the staff was, they were always available (day and night). the location is superb, and it's close to city attractions. i found the amenities well-kept. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were excellent! our room got upgraded with a view and i was thrilled.
I think customization should be improved in f&b. I drink tea and it was chargeable during dinner in the evening buffet (i found it odd). it's a 5-star hotel and a cup of green tea shouldn't be a problem, i hope they make it available!

The hotel benefits from its proximity to major landmarks. This makes sightseeing very convenient. it also has direct access to a pristine beach where you can enjoy amazing views of the arabian gulf and clear blue waters.

modern decor helpful staff great variety
the hotel decor is modern and clean all areas are well maintained i found the staff helpful and they used my name. the location is across from the emirates palace the view from my room was very nice. the breakfast selection had great variety.
the wifi signal strength was unfortunately quite weak. i had some difficulty maintaining a stable connection for my devices.

The staff paid attention to every detail, especially mr bhavesh. he ensured our stay felt personalized (like a scene from a movie). the views included the emirates palace and city skyline. the hotel had activities by the beach, including jet skis. These added exciting adventures to our time.

i found the staff amazing they were so polite and helpful! the breakfast offered a delicious plentiful variety of options i loved that so much. the facilities are also excellent with a great beach and pool i used both every day. the rooms are beautiful and clean

the superior twin room was clean. it featured two comfortable beds. the air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a cool temperature. i experienced no issues with noise during my 3-night stay.
